Role: Recruiter

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for our growing team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.)
• Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
• Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and internal systems to attract the right candidates.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Administrative Support: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate interactions and statuses are properly documented.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to help improve recruitment strategies.
• Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending job offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and managing the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
• Experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• A passion for finding the best talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

 Preferred:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
