Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Client Management professional to drive business growth, develop new opportunities, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing existing relationships, and developing strategies to enhance revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present reports on business performance, forecasts, and industry trends.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that support business development initiatives.
Ensure all client interactions align with the company’s values, mission, and strategic goals.
Provide after-sales support to maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
Strong network and connections within the industry.
Enthusiastic, results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
